This is probably more personal bias than true review but Ill share anyway. For 2.99 I would have expected a bit more substance. This book is a list of juice recipes and not much else. I expected at least a bit of information on nutritional and personal been but didnt find that here. The three stars is based on variety and flavorful recipes, of which Ive tried many. Rather than spend money on the book you can likely get the same results from a quick Google search.
